Starting salary: £19,000-£22,000 depending on experience

Oxford based: 37.5 hours per week

Full-time cover required early January 2018 onwards (may become permanent)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident Office Administrator to join our Front of House and Administrative Team on a temporary basis to cover a long-term absence.  Typical duties will include administrative and practical support to the HR function and the training events team.  The successful individual would also liaise with external service providers, deal with visitors and incoming calls. All of which makes an excellent career development opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with the right attitude and skill set. The successful applicant is likely to have some administrative experience, ideally office-based. Experience of HR or customer services environments would be a distinct advantage, together with an ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

This role requires a team-player who will have the ability to work with independence and initiative too – dealing proactively and confidently with a range of people and tasks. You will be demonstrably IT literate with well-developed MS Office skills (including Excel and Outlook) and educated to at least A Level standard. Success will not only depend on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build highly-effective working relationships within the team, but also on your efficient organisation, attention to detail, the accuracy of your work and your strong prioritisation skills.  You will also be in sympathy with the Trust’s key aims, values and ethos.
