 Salary: £18,000-£22,000 depending on experience 

Full-time maternity cover anticipated to start in October (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrators to join our Front of House and Administrative Team.  This role requires a team who have the ability to work with independence and initiative too – dealing proactively and confidently with a range of people and tasks.

Typical duties will include administrative and practical support to the HR and Development functions and the training events team.  The successful individuals would also deal with visitors and incoming calls. All of which makes these excellent career development opportunities for enthusiastic individuals with the right attitude and skill set.

Demonstrably IT literate and with well-developed MS Office skills (including Excel), educated to at least A Level standard, success will not only depend on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build highly-effective working relationships within the team, but also on your efficient organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.  You will also be in sympathy with the Trust’s key aims, values and ethos.
