We are looking for a warm Christian Executive Assistant to join our UK-based team, supporting Amy Orr-Ewing, a highly influential Christian Speaker and Director to our European, Middle Eastern and African Region. As a successful applicant, you would be representing Amy and providing full administrative support, bringing a high level of competency and professionalism to her diary management, communication and research support. You will also have the opportunity to become a member of a stimulating Christian community. Your key responsibilities would include:
- Diary planning and management, together with coordinating invitations, all travel plans (international and domestic), as well as a responsibility for associated administration.
- Providing administrative and communications support for the ID, liaising with staff and external contacts on a broad range of issues via email, telephone and in person, representing the Regional Director where appropriate.
- Carry out writing and research support for articles, social media, as required.
To be successful in this role you will be a relational individual, who really enjoys administrative work. You will need to use your well-developed organisational skills and experience of prioritising a complex workload effectively and you must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ideally you will have experience working as a personal assistant (or similar role) preferably at senior management level. You will be educated to degree level or have experience of research, be proficient in managing written and verbal communication at a range of organisational levels and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of diary management (using outlook), coordinating meetings and organising logistics is highly desirable. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude, but will also have the ability to work autonomously. Experience of carrying out research and social media within a work context would also carry distinct advantages. You will be expected to occasionally be willing to work outside normal office hours/weekends.
