Taking the Good News to University Campuses
February will see university Christian Unions across the country hosting missions for students on campus.
Our speaking team and OCCA students will be at Leeds, Bangor and Canterbury universities for week-long missions, speaking to students in auditoriums and one-on-one discussions to give answers to the intellectual objections and heartfelt concerns about Christianity. University is a key period for young people as they begin independent life, and is often a natural time to explore ideas and questions about faith, life, meaning and significance.
Your support is invaluable to us as we seek to share the gospel across these universities. We work closely with the Christian Unions, and these missions are a great opportunity to support the students in the work they do all year round, providing encouragement, resources and experience to put together a week of high-quality events.
We would value your support and generosity to help us with these missions. If you can help, please fill out the form below, ticking the Gift Aid box if you are able. Alternatively, please ring Anna or Becca on our reception to make a credit card donation. Direct tel: 01865 302900.
Thank you for your consideration to support us and for your prayers, without which we know we could not continue to do what we do.

What is Gift Aid?
Charities take your donation (which is money you’ve already paid tax on), and then reclaim tax on its ‘gross’ equivalent.
In practice, this means that if you give £100 using Gift Aid, that gift is worth £125 to us; the added £25 being relief from HMRC.
We will also treat all donations that you have made for the past four years and all donations you make in the future as Gift Aid donations, until you tell us otherwise.
Who can use Gift Aid?
UK Taxpayers can tick the box, as long as they pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that we will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.
Benefits to higher-rate taxpayers
If you pay tax at the higher rate, you can reclaim tax relief on your gross donation at 20% (i.e. the difference between the higher rate of tax at 40% and the basic rate at 20%). So, for the gift of £100 mentioned above, you are eligible to reclaim £20 in your tax returns.
If you do not pay tax in the UK, you should not use Gift Aid.
Terms and Conditions
By ticking the box above, you confirm that you are paying an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6th April one year to 5th April the next) that is at least equal to the tax that RZIM Zacharias Trust will reclaim on your donations in the appropriate tax year. You also confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations, then it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
